"The House That Love Built"
Ronald McDonald House
Since 1979, Alpha Delta Pi has been committed to serving the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). Alpha Delta Pi has contributed over $2 million to this worthwhile effort. Ronald McDonald Houses are located in local communities and focus on children in need. There are 271 Ronald McDonald Houses in 30 countries and regions, which provide a "home away from home" to these children and their families. These homes provide comfort and care, which are essential for families with seriously ill children who are receiving treatment at nearby hospitals.
In addition to donating money, Alpha Delta Pi collegiate chapters and alumnae associations have dedicated time and energy to volunteering at these houses. Xi Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi at Ohio University has hosted numerous different events to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities like the annual McRelays event hosted in the spring, and our upcoming silent auction. Along with these events, our sisters regularly volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House located in Columbus, OH.

For more information about these houses, please visit Ronald McDonald House Charities.
